This Privacy Policy explains how Mina Labs ("Mina Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use minaxlab.com and our AI image, video, music, logo and related creative services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name, Google account identifier and profile picture.
Content you provide: the text prompts you enter, images, audio or video you upload as references, and the media generated for you.
Payment information: when you buy credits we receive a transaction reference from the payment method you use (e.g. a PayPal order ID, or a blockchain wallet address and transaction hash). We do not collect or store your full card numbers — card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider.
Usage & technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide the Service — process your prompts, generate media, and store your creations in your library.
To manage your account, credits, purchases and refunds.
To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
To communicate with you about your account, purchases and important service updates.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI providers and other service providers

To generate your content and run the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers, including:

AI model providers (which process your prompts and any reference media to produce the output you request).
Google — for optional Google sign-in.
Cloudflare — storage and delivery of your generated media.
Our hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your account, credits and history.
Email provider — to send login codes and account emails.
Payment providers and blockchain networks — to process purchases.

These providers process your data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember preferences (such as your last studio and a referral code if you arrived from an invite link). You can clear these at any time in your browser settings; signing out will require a new cookie next time you log in.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and your creations for as long as your account is active, so your library remains available to you. Generated media may be archived in our storage so it survives provider clean-ups. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights").

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Children

The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls and secure storage — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
