Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Mina Labs is an AI creative platform used by people with a wide range of abilities. We want everyone to be able to generate images, videos, music and text on this site, and we treat accessibility as part of the product rather than an add-on.

The standard we work to

This site targets Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013.

What has been done

• A skip to main content link on every page, reachable with the Tab key.
• Full keyboard operation — every control can be reached and activated without a mouse, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Text contrast reviewed against the 4.5:1 ratio required for body text and 3:1 for large text.
• Text alternatives for images, and accessible names for buttons and links so screen readers can announce them.
• Form fields are labelled and errors are described in text, not by colour alone.
• The site respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting and animation can also be stopped from the accessibility toolbar.
• Page structure uses real headings and landmark regions so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• The layout works when the page is zoomed to 200%.

The accessibility toolbar

Every page carries an accessibility button in the lower-left corner. It opens options for larger text, higher contrast, underlined links, a more readable font, stopping animations and a larger cursor. Your choices are stored on your own device and stay applied as you move around the site.

We built this toolbar ourselves rather than installing a third-party overlay. An overlay does not make a site accessible, and we would rather fix the pages than paint over them.

Known limitations

We report these honestly rather than claim the site is perfect:

• AI-generated content. Images, videos and audio created by the models are produced by you on demand. We cannot write a meaningful text alternative for a picture we have not seen, so generated media carries your own prompt as its description. When you publish to the public Showcase, please write a prompt that describes the image.
• Video and audio output. Generated video and music are not captioned or transcribed, because the content is created at the moment you request it.
• Some decorative headings use gradient text. These are large display headings; the same information is always available in the surrounding text.
• Third-party payment pages. Checkout may hand off to an external payment provider whose pages are outside our control.

Where a part of the site is not yet fully accessible, we will provide the same service through another channel — write to us and we will help you directly.

הצהרת נגישות

מינה לאבס היא פלטפורמת יצירה מבוססת בינה מלאכותית שמשמשת אנשים עם מגוון רחב של יכולות. אנחנו רוצים שכל אחת ואחד יוכלו ליצור כאן תמונות, סרטונים, מוזיקה וטקסט, ומתייחסים לנגישות כחלק מהמוצר ולא כתוספת.

התקן שלפיו אנחנו פועלים

האתר פועל להתאמה לתקן ישראלי 5568, המאמץ את הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA, בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013.

מה נעשה באתר

• קישור דילוג לתוכן המרכזי בכל עמוד, נגיש באמצעות מקש Tab.
• הפעלה מלאה במקלדת — אפשר להגיע לכל פקד ולהפעיל אותו בלי עכבר, עם סימון מיקוד ברור וגלוי.
• ניגודיות הטקסט נבדקה מול יחס 4.5:1 לטקסט רגיל ו-3:1 לטקסט גדול.
• חלופות טקסט לתמונות, ושמות נגישים לכפתורים ולקישורים כדי שקוראי מסך יוכלו להקריא אותם.
• שדות הטפסים מתויגים והודעות שגיאה מנוסחות בטקסט, לא בצבע בלבד.
• האתר מכבד את הגדרת צמצום התנועה של מערכת ההפעלה, וניתן גם לעצור אנימציות מסרגל הנגישות.
• מבנה העמוד משתמש בכותרות אמיתיות ובאזורי ניווט, כדי לאפשר ניווט לפי מבנה.
• הפריסה תקינה גם בהגדלת עמוד ל-200%.

סרגל הנגישות

בכל עמוד קיים כפתור נגישות בפינה השמאלית התחתונה. הוא פותח אפשרויות להגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, גופן קריא, עצירת אנימציות וסמן מוגדל. הבחירות נשמרות במכשיר שלכם וממשיכות לפעול בכל עמודי האתר.

בנינו את הסרגל בעצמנו ולא התקנו תוסף חיצוני. תוסף כשלעצמו אינו הופך אתר לנגיש, ואנחנו מעדיפים לתקן את העמודים עצמם.

מגבלות ידועות

אנחנו מדווחים עליהן בכנות ולא טוענים שהאתר מושלם:

• תוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית. תמונות, סרטונים ואודיו נוצרים על ידכם בזמן אמת. איננו יכולים לכתוב חלופת טקסט משמעותית לתמונה שלא ראינו, ולכן התיאור של מדיה שנוצרה הוא הפרומפט שכתבתם. בעת שיתוף לגלריה הציבורית, מומלץ לכתוב פרומפט שמתאר את התמונה.
• פלט וידאו ואודיו. לסרטונים ולמוזיקה שנוצרים אין כתוביות או תמלול, מכיוון שהתוכן נוצר ברגע הבקשה.
• חלק מהכותרות העיצוביות בגרדיאנט. מדובר בכותרות תצוגה גדולות, והמידע עצמו מופיע תמיד גם בטקסט שסביבן.
• עמודי תשלום של צד שלישי. תהליך התשלום עשוי לעבור לספק חיצוני שעמודיו אינם בשליטתנו.
